MR. JAYANTA ROY

Presently Director – Financial Products Distribution (FPD), PGFI. Formerly Director – Corporate Planning & Strategy of PGFI and ‘Group Corporate Coordinator’ of the company and prior to that assignment. ‘Vice President’ of Peerless Securities Limited. Currently on the Boards of Peerless Hotels Limited, Bengal Peerless Housing Devp. Co. Ltd., Peerless Securities Ltd., Kaizen Leisure and Holidays Ltd., Kaizen Hotels & Resorts Ltd., Peerless Funds Management Company Limited and a number of prominent companies and Sr. Vice President of Indian Chamber of Commerce.

MR. S. K. MUKERJI

B.Com, Fellow of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, London.

He has vast experience as a senior banker of more than 40 years in various capacities in State Bank of India, the last position he held was that of the Managing Director.

MR. SANJOY BHATTACHARYA

He has been associated in various capacities with the Investments and Capital Markets space. He is presently Managing Partner of Fortuna Capital and was previously with New Vernon Advisory as a Partner. Before that he was the Chief Investment Officer of HDFC Mutual Fund.
 

MR. PARTHO S. DATTA

He was associated with the Murugappa group as the Group Finance Director in his last assignment where he was responsible for Group’s financial policies, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets Strategy etc. He was also a Director on the board of Cholamandalam Finance and Cholamandalam AMC. Before that he was Director – Finance for INDAL where he worked for over 15 years. Presently he is on the boards of some reputed companies.

MR. AKSHAY GUPTA

Mr. Akshay Gupta has been in the Indian Capital Markets and Banking industry for over 14 years with varied experience in Sales, Marketing, Products, Operations and Fund Management. He has worked as CEO for Global Portfolio Advisors, a leading global wealth management company. He has excelled for Prudential ICICI Mutual Fund between 2002-07 in various roles with his last assignment being the Head-Sales and Distribution where he was a key senior management team member responsible for making it the largest AMC at that time. He has also worked as the Product Head for Capital Markets with ABN AMRO Bank handling Mutual Funds, IPOs, Loans against Shares, Forex and Trade Finance products. He gained experience in the equity markets by working as a President for IndiaBulls, where he was responsible for the Online Trading business. He started his career with HSBC where he worked in the retail bank in operations and retail assets.
