MR. AKSHAY GUPTA
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Akshay Gupta has been in the Indian Capital Markets and Banking industry for over 14 years with varied experience in Sales, Marketing, Products, Operations and Fund Management. He has worked as CEO for Global Portfolio Advisors, a leading global wealth management company. He has excelled for Prudential ICICI Mutual Fund between 2002-07 in various roles with his last assignment being the Head-Sales and Distribution where he was a key senior management team member responsible for making it the largest AMC at that time. He has also worked as the Product Head for Capital Markets with ABN AMRO Bank handling Mutual Funds, IPOs, Loans against Shares, Forex and Trade Finance products. He gained experience in the equity markets by working as a President for IndiaBulls, where he was responsible for the Online Trading business. He started his career with HSBC where he worked in the retail bank in operations and retail assets.

MR. GANTI MURTHY
Head – Fixed Income

He has over 17 years of experience in the Mutual Fund industry. In his previous assignment, he has worked in the capacity of Assistant Vice President in Debt in SBI Funds Management. He was associated with Cholamandalam Mutual Fund in Debt. He has also served as a Manager in Unit Trust of India.

MR. KAUSHIK DANI
Head – Equity

He is vastly experienced in Fund Management, Investments and related areas for a period spanning across more than 13 years. He has served as the Equity Fund Manager & PMS Head in K. R. Choksey Shares & Securities Pvt. Ltd. His other engagements were as a Manager – Investments with Birla SunLife, Associate Vice President – PMS in Sharekhan, Senior Research Executive with SG Asia Securities (India) Pvt. Ltd. and as a Manager – Research Data with Motilal Oswal Securities Ltd.

MR. MALAY SHAH
Fund Manager-Fixed Income

He has over 8 years of experience of dealing in Fixed Income Markets. Before joining Peerless AMC-he was dealing in fixed income securities at Derivium Capital & Securities.

MR. GAUTAM GHOSH
Head – Institutional Sales

Mr. Ghosh has total experience of 12 yrs in Capital Markets, Distribution & AMC. He was employed with Deutsche AMC handling Institutional sales for Eastern region for 3 yrs prior to joining us. Prior to Deutsche he was associated with ICICI Prudential AMC (Kolkata) & Kotak AMC ( Mumbai) handling Institutional and Corporate sales for the respective regions. Mr. Ghosh was instrumental in initializing the Institutional business for India Infoline in Bangalore, later he was promoted as Head sales for South & West Region with posting at Mumbai.

MR. DEBJIT GUHA
Head – Marketing and East Zone

Mr. Guha carries a rich experience of more than 20 years in the Mutual Fund industry and Insurance behind him. His previous associations were with Principal (PNB) AMC as a Regional Manager and UTI AMC (P) Ltd as a Manager – Sales and have also served as a Regional Co-ordinator for PMS. He started his illustrious career with Life Insurance Corporation of India.

MRS. MEENAKSHI VERMA
Head –North Zone

Mrs. Verma is a professional with 13 years experience in Managing Zone, Building Team and Sales efforts in mutual fund industry, with extensive exposure and understanding in the area of Channel Sales and Corporate Sales. She was previously engaged with ING Investment Management for over 6 yrs in various capacities at North managing sales in both retail as well as institutional space. Prior to ING she has worked with Chola Mutual Fund (Now L & T MF) in institutional sales and RR Investors in channel management.

MR. MAHESH SARODE
Head – West Zone

Mr. Sarode has 11 years of rich experience in the mutual fund industry related business development in Institutional sales & channel management - National & Regional distributors, key accounts management. Before joining Peerless Mutual Fund his previous prime assignment was with UTI Asset Management Co. Ltd. as a Regional Head – Institutional sales & National distribution (West Zone) for more than nine years.
 

MR. O. SHAHUL HAMEED
Head – South Zone

Mr. Hameed has over 12 years of accomplished experience in financial services industry both across debt and capital markets. Before joining Peerless AMC, he was handling Corporate Wealth Group, Tamil Nadu at HSBC Investdirect. He also has 6 Years of varied experience at MATA Securities in the debt market. He was also one of the key personnel in setting up the MATA branch at Tamil Nadu.

MR. S. GRACE REXELIN RABI
Head – Credit Quality, Research and Special Projects


A veteran in the general finance and securities industry, he is having a valuable and rich experience over 22 years. He had been an integral part of Peerless family for the past 21 years. Previously he was associated for more than 12 years with Peerless Securities limited as President – Business Development & Branch Co-ordination. Prior to that he had devoted a period spanning across more than 9 years to Peerless General Finance & Investment Company Ltd in the capacity of Deputy- Manager (Securities).

MR. S SWAMINATHAN
Financial Controller & Company Secretary

He has over 17 years of rich experience in secretarial, legal, finance & accounts activities. Prior to this, he was with the VISA Group as Company Secretary for over 4 years. He has also worked with the IFB Group and Indian Aluminium Company, Limited earlier for 8 years.
 

MR. VILAS SOLANKI
Head – Operations & Customer Service

He has over 14 years of experience in the related areas. His previous prime associations are as a Vice President – Operations with ING Investment Management (I) Pvt. Ltd, as a Manager – Operations with Zurich AMC and as an Executive – Operations in GIC AMC.

MR. VISHAL J. THACKER
Head – RISK

He has over 8 years of rich experience primarily in mutual fund industry. He has successfully contributed in various areas of Finance like accounts, performance management, business planning & strategy. He has also been instrumental in implementing key business projects like business intelligence. His previous association was with ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd heading the accounts function.

MS. MINAKSHI SULTANIA
Head - Compliance

Ms. Minakshi Sultania has over 5 years of experience in managing compliance and secretarial functions in financial sector. Prior to this assignment she was associated with Peerless Trust Management Co. Ltd as the Principal Officer and Company Secretary. She has also been associated with organisations like Magma Fincorp Ltd. and Srijan Realty Ltd.

MR. ANIRUDHA ROY
Head – Information Technology & Telecom, Human Resources

He has over 14 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and Telecom and related domain. Previously he was engaged with Magma Fincorp Limited as a Senior Manager – IT for a span of more than 4 years. He was also employed with a software consultancy firm Kris Systems Private Limited for a period spanning across more than 8 years.
